We provide in-home residential appliance repair in the Washington DC metro area. A diagnostic visit is required before any repair. Repair work is performed only after you approve a written or verbal quote.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property or perform the diagnostic, a trip fee may apply.
Diagnostic fees and approved repair charges are due upon completion of the visit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Completed repairs are covered by a limited parts-and-labor warranty described at the time of service. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated failures, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
